Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will be sure to get this fixed for you. Please email us a picture of the damaged product to info@bhlpa.com for approval. Once approved, we will send out a brand new product to you and no cost to you.
